Lymphoria Shipping Policy (United Kingdom)

At Lymphoria, we believe your wellness journey shouldn't start with waiting. Every order is handled with care so your Lymphatic Wellness Drops reach you as quickly as possible — fresh, sealed, and ready to support your body.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods — such as promotional events or product launches — processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Delivery Times (United Kingdom)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown in pounds sterling (£) at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work hard to meet the estimates above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or other events outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, contact us at mylymphoriia@proton.me and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
